Neurodiversity-Affirming Play, Real-World Skills

Role With It empowers neurodivergent youth through collaborative tabletop role-playing games. We build executive functioning, emotional regulation, and social connection in a play-first environment.

Our Quest

Our Philosophy

Through imaginative storytelling and collaborative quests, participants develop vital executive functioning skills. They learn to navigate social dynamics, regulate emotions, and build lasting peer connections—all while having fun.

We believe every young person deserves a space where their unique strengths are celebrated. Our small-group campaigns offer a safe, structured environment to practice leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Building Confidence Through Adventure

Our adventures give neurodivergent youth opportunities to practice executive function skills in ways that feel natural and engaging. During a campaign, players make plans, adapt when things change, solve problems together, communicate their ideas, and work through challenges as a team.

These moments of neurodivergent youth support are woven into the adventure rather than taught like a lesson. The goal is to help young people discover strategies that work for them while building confidence, independence, and a stronger sense of belonging.

Why Executive Function Skills Matter
